The Company reserves the right to make minor alterations to the design and/or specifications of the goods without prior notice.
Changes to your order cannot be made after the survey has been conducted.
The purchaser relies upon their own skill and judgement in relation to the goods.
Doors NI accepts no responsibility for any damage caused during installation.
Doors NI will only accept cancellation of an order on the condition that payment is received in full to cover the total expenditure involved in production.
The purchaser must provide the Company with reasonable access to the premises to enable the contract to be performed.
The type of panes of glass, frame, weight, and arrangement used shall, in the absence of special arrangements, be determined by Doors NI.
Glass used will be of good quality; however, this does not guarantee completely undistorted vision or blemish-free surfaces.
Doors NI accepts no liability for minor blemishes, abrasions, or imperfections in glass or frames.
The layout of moveable frames will be at the discretion of the Company unless a specific layout has been agreed in writing prior to manufacture.
